Răzvan is a scientific researcher with a very rich experience, which he gained working in the public sector, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, as well as in international organizations. Very involved in the social field, even from the moments when it was going through a deep restructuring, his expertise covers areas starting from construction and institutional reform at various levels to humanitarian interventions in an emergency regime.

Very enterprising and highly motivated, holder of a doctorate in industrial management, Răzvan is capable of strategic thinking and identifying solutions in real time.

His area of interest is that of social intervention, being very concerned about the new transitions that Romania will have to go through in the coming years, which will be marked by deep and continuous changes.
